We run our business in the Chinese Military Style, meaning strong teamwork and loyalty are required. New hires are expected to be available 24 hours per day by phone, after 6 months only 12 hours per day is required. Dress code is Navy Blue, and all new employees must pass a physical medical exam.
Bear Air is based in Prescott, Arizona so new employees should relocate to Prescott. If you cannot relocate, we understand but you must report for duty every day.
